About the Position


As the Marketing Operations Manager,  you will be responsible for managing the marketing technology stack, reporting on marketing performance, and providing recommendations on how to optimize for funnel performance. You will also be responsible for defining, building, and supporting go-to-market processes, campaigns, and lead flows.


As part of the growth marketing team, this role will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and works cross-functionally with marketing and the larger go-to-market team.


We are looking for a data-driven, technical marketer that is passionate about uncovering opportunities to improve funnel and revenue performance. You are passionate about learning new marketing technologies and using technology to automate recurring manual processes. You know how to build and maintain strong relationships across marketing, sales, and customer success teams, and you think holistically about funnel performance.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and partnership teams to lead marketing execution, operations, and analytics strategy in support of our revenue targets
  • Develop reporting and analyze marketing and funnel performance. Continually assess and optimize funnel and campaign performance 
  • Assess and manage the marketing technology stack including integrations and non-marketing tools. Evaluate and suggest new solutions to support performance
  • Design and document and standardize processes for campaign execution, lead flows, and cross-team collaboration
  • Ensure the health and integrity of our contact database. Maintain proper data structure and integrity to support personalization and regional and account-based targeting
  • Support the larger revenue operations strategy. Partner with sales to build and manage funnel definitions, lead and account scoring, and the handling of leads
  • Test new processes and approaches to improve overall marketing execution especially campaign performance

Required Skills and Competencies


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software as a service (SaaS) or infrastructure as a service (IaaS)
  • Analytical, curious, and passionate about using data to inform decision making
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp, Zapier, and Google Analytics. Previous HubSpot experience is required.
  • Previous experience creating playbooks for campaign design and orchestration, including attribution, scoring, and nurturing frameworks
  • Previous experience creating ABM, top-of-the-funnel, and multi-touch campaigns
  • Previous experience working cross-functionally to build-out expansion campaign execution frameworks and performance metrics and analytics
  • Comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and shaping them into solutions
  • Highly capable of setting strategy, plans, and objectives and effectively communicating those across a highly dynamic, scaling organization.
