Position Overview & Priorities
Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities
Primary responsibility would be:
- Responding to customer queries and resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate way, via live chat, email, or phone call.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Suggest ways to improve the process based on continued interactions with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales and marketing to stay up to date on the latest product developments.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product in order to advise customers about the most relevant features/funcitonality for their specific business need.
Mumbai (Work from Office)
Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Knowledge of Zendesk or other CRM applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of Slack or other communication tools is a plus.
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate with customers & business.
- Should be okay with rotational & night shifts.
