Beyond the market validation, we are fueled by real customer validation serving over 50K customers across the globe in several verticals ranging from dating apps, telehealth apps, and internet marketplaces to thriving global communities. With solid financials, strong organic growth, and increasing demand for in-app communication platforms, we are in an exciting rapid-scale phase.

Position Overview & Priorities


We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual Tester Intern to join our QA team. If you have a keen eye for detail and love ensuring software works perfectly, this role is for you!


Primary responsibility would be:


  • Write and execute extensive manual test cases for various software components, including APIs, SDKs, and UIKits.
  • Perform thorough testing of software features before release to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Document test cases for all functionalities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and traceability.
  • Reproduce client-reported bugs and work closely with the development team to ensure fixes are implemented correctly.
  • Retest fixed bugs and validate solutions before they are released to production.
  • Report identified bugs in the system clearly and accurately, providing detailed steps to reproduce.
  • Maintain and update test case repositories to ensure comprehensive coverage of features.

Requirements:


  • A strong willingness to learn and a proactive approach to taking on new challenges.
  • Basic understanding of software concepts; prior exposure to testing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Attention to detail with a logical and analytical mindset.Good communication skills and the ability to document observations clearly.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Familiarity with any programming language, or basic knowledge of APIs and web technologies, would be advantageous.
