Position Overview & Priorities
As an engineering leader you will be the tech evangelist and drive adherence to best practices in coding and architectural guidelines.

Your will inspire and attract key talent, deliver large scale engineering solutions with quality. You will be responsible for leading engineering teams, leveraging modern cloud technology, setting long term technical vision, and creating a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Technical responsibilities of the role are:
  • Define the technical vision and architecture of high-scalability systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and enhance the scalability and maintainability of our systems.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

Work Location 

We operate on a Hybrid model – you choose where you work from! Remotely or from our offices. Currently our talent is spread across 14 different cities globally.

Key Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of 40+ engineers, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, mentoring, and career development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team, ensuring high levels of motivation and engagement
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics for the engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Communicate effectively with the leadership team, providing regular updates on engineering progress, challenges, and opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building large-scale, high-availability, and high-performance systems.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and databases, with a deep understanding of system design and architecture principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels
