Position Overview & Priorities

Job Description: The theme for the HR team at CometChat is – Bring folks better than you and never compromise on the values and culture fitment. At CometChat, we aim to build a small and sweet team of people across the globe that are aligned with our value system and speak one-language (well not literally). The HR team acts as the bridge between the minds and hearts of employees and leadership team. We are change agents and always looking at improving employee experiences and happiness quotient at work even more when 80% of us work remotely.

Work Location

Currently our talent is spread across 14 different cities globally. This role requires us to work from office since you will be managing the operational activities in HR department.

Who will be a good fit?

  • You are a Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Admin role focused on supporting day to day HR operational activities
  • You should plan & coordinate in the HR Operational activities like documentation, bank account opening, logistics, etc
  • You should have experience with travel desk activities including booking tickets, hotel stay, visa etc
  • You should play passive role in employee engagement operation.
  • You should be the single point of contact to all HR Operations related queries
  • You should have the ability to coordinate, manage, communicate with different people for seamless work flow

Interview Process:

We will have the following steps for the selection process:

  • Round 1 will be a typical HR round to understand your background, past work experience and fitment for the role
  • Round 2 will be with the Lead HR, around your ambitions, goals and why you find yourself a fit for the role
  • Round 3 (final) will be with Head of HR, which will be a general understanding , role fitment and culture fitment
