Position Overview & Priorities

CometChat is looking to add a Sr. Partnerships Specialist to the team who can generate high volume channel sales through its network of partners. This individual will contribute to revenue growth through day-to-day partner management. Top priorities for this role would be:

 

•    Plan, develop, and execute activities designed to increase the number of partners.

•    Proactively find potential partners and fix appointments/demo for them

•    Do lead generation through LinkedIn, Google Search, and other marketing tools and co-ordinate appointments with CXOs & potential partners

•    Understand partner’s organization, products, and services and their fit to CometChat’s business model.

•    Educate partners about product portfolio and services offered

•    Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize partner opportunities and minimize any conflict with partners

•    Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners.

•    Provide product and technical support to partners.

•    Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction


Work Location 


We operate on a Hybrid model – you choose where you work from! Remotely or from our offices. Currently, our talent is spread across 14 different cities globally.


Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities

•    Any Graduate. PG – Management degree/diploma will be an added advantage

•    4 to 5 years of experience in a tech sales role

•    Experience working in a high growth environment

•    Experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach.

•    Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

•    Demonstrated ability to translate customer or partner needs into business opportunities

•    Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally

•    Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
