Beyond the market validation, we are fuelled by real customer validation serving over 50K customers across the globe in several verticals ranging from dating apps, telehealth apps, and internet marketplaces to thriving global communities. Position Overview & Priorities
We are hiring for a Technical Product Manager who is passionate about delivering a good user and developer experience through our web and mobile SDKs and the associated API driven server side platform. The candidate will partner with a teams across the organisation to identify and target customer problems, build and steer the product in the right direction.
Primary responsibility would be:
● Understand customer feedback and feature requests and translate them into software requirements
● Analyse trends in mobile and web development, conduct appropriate competitor and customer research to build the right product.
● Ability to break a big software feature into small manageable features
● Prioritize features into a roadmap.
● Breakdown features into small deliverable user stories.
● Defining user stories with acceptance criteria.
● Grooming stories with the development team and prioritising the product backlog.
● Define, track and execute a software delivery sprint.
● Plan and execute GTM activities for a feature up to the point of giving it to the customer.
Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities:
● 5 years of total experience.
● Background in software development, preferably in web or Mobile app development.
● Experience in API driven development.
● Experience of about 1.5 to 2 years as a Technical Product Manager or a Product Owner.
● Good organisational skills.
● Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
● Good to have / Bonus skills - knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud services and associated software architecture.
● Good to have / Bonus skills - Designing UI/UX elements with tools such as Figma.
Work Location:
● In-office, Chembur, Mumbai.
